Michelle Novello
Michelle has an established career in the pharmaceutical and bioscience industry. After learning more about the global human trafficking epidemic, she was determined to be a part of the solution. Michelle felt doing and saying nothing was the same as being a part of the problem. Nonprofits provide critical services to a community that cannot be effectively duplicated or supported by government services or for-profit organizations. This has given her a strong sense of commitment to the nonprofit sector, more specifically Quiet Waters, which provides a service for a grossly underserved demographic.
Having a long-standing friendship with the founders, Tim and Katie, through them, it became clear to her that providing a place of peace and restoration for those who support anti-trafficking efforts was desperately needed. Michelle believes that through supporting service providers, this is just one way to continue the fight against human trafficking and someday bring it to an end.
